Returns Policy

At Oleo Botanicals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a full refund, items should be lightly used.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s) to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Initiate a Return

Please note: We do not cover the cost, for return shipping.

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at shop@oleobotanicals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  2. Package Your Items: Securely package the item(s) you're returning, preferably in the original packaging.
  3. Include Order Information: Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email inside the package.
  4. Shipping Your Return: Ship your return to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Oleo Botanicals is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [shop@oleobotanicals.com] with a photo of the damage/defect. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
