We're committed to getting your Oleo Botanicals products to you quickly and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in San Diego, CA within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

USPS Ground Advantage: For orders under 13 oz. Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after shipment.
USPS Priority Mail: For orders over 13 oz and up to 4 lbs. Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after shipment.

Shipping Costs:

Orders under $30: A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies.
Orders $30 and over: FREE standard shipping!

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following international regions:

Canada
United Kingdom
Select countries in Europe (Please see checkout for availability)
Australia

All international orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Canada: Up to 14 business days after shipment.
United Kingdom, select European countries, and Australia: 10-20 business days after shipment.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package's destination and weight.

Important Note for International Customers: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are *not* included in the shipping cost. If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California.
